Do you know that there are certain foods that if you take when stressed or anxious, it would reduce gradually?

You've probably not heard this before.
At one point or the other, we can get overwhelmed while carrying out day to day activities.

Anxiety is a common condition spreading globally, affecting millions of people. Some people experience them only now and then as the symptoms may vary.
The foods include;

1.Tumeric
The active ingredient in tumeric is called curcumin which may help used may help lower anxiety by reducing oxidative and inflammatory stress that often increase in people experiencing mood disorder such as depression.
It is a spice commonly used in Indian and south Asian countries,according to a study carried out in 2015,adults with obesity that consumed 1 g of curcumin per day reduced anxiety drastically.

2.Dark chocolate is also a good source of magnesium. Eating a diet with enough magnesium in it or taking supplements may reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety.

3.Yogurt.
