Is the East and South-South that worst.

You people should stop relocating to the Western part and start considering Anambra, Enugu and Imo. The Southwest is becoming too overpopulated by people fleeing from useless states.

Ibadan is dope.. has the population and damned peaceful and relatively cheap too.

Your best bet considering your work, is Ibadan. Ibadan has the population expecially if you are lucky to find a shop close to their Uni or Poly.

Things are relatively cheap and if you are the type that loves farming, Ibadan has all these small villages closer that you can easily secure a farmland.

Depending on the area... Some place you can get selfcon as cheap as 80k, 100k, 120k or a million naira. Like I said depends on the area. Search jiji for relatively cheap apartments... Check this thread https://www.nairaland.com/3625211/moving-lagos-ibadan-what-areas for your type of area.

Ibadan is really a dope place to stay... I kept regretting while I wasted majority of my life in Lagos before discovering Ibadan as a gold mine.
