Abdelux223:Those are premium rate number calls. They flash you to make you call back thinking you missed an important international call. Once you call the number, it depletes your airtime at a heavy rate. Calling a Premium rate number can cost over $2 per minute. The idea is to to bait you to call, hence the flashing by the owner.
