The largest outlets for funds and allocations are in the hands of the governor and his family members and it's not by accident. State ministry of Works is one of the largest beneficiary of the States budget and the governor is in total control of this huge funds and contract awards. He made himself the commissioner for works. LG allocations from the FG is another massive source of funds and his family member with zero government, management, professional or civil service experience is in charge.
