Based on the latest developments on the appointment of Hon.Minister of Arts and Culture Barrister Hannatu Musa Musawa,It in my opinion to say that time is ripe for NYSC to clarify the fact that discharge certificate is no longer prerequisite for securing a job or any form of appointment in Nigeria.Guys what do you think? |

I think there are thousands of better qualified minister materials in Nigeria with valid NYSC certificates. Why must it be her who has NYSC issues?? |
