Baric Realty is a small new estate company located in Ajah, Lekki, Lagos, which is looking at executing a project of reconstructing a 2-Bedroom Boys Quarters in Langbasa, Ajah, Lekki, Lagis. We require the expertise of a Construction Engineer to perform the lead role on this project.


Responsibilities include:

1. managing the construction project.

2. overseeing construction work.

3. undertaking surveys and assisting with budgeting.

4. setting out sites.

5. checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly.

6. supervising contracted staff.

7. ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales.

8. liaising with clients, subcontractors, local authority employees, architects and other professionals, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.

9. providing technical advice and solving problems on site.

10. preparing site reports and logging progress.

11. ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.

Apllicant must have about 5 years of experience, and should be able to show at least 3 developments in the Lekki/Ajah area where they led the building team to successful completion.
