To those of you blaming and insulting World Bank.

Know that World Bank don't care about your feelings etc, because they are a profit oriented organisation.

So if a country likes burrow burrow from them as far there are foreign currency reserve, natural resources plus future taxation etc that will act as collateral, you the citizens OYO is your name.., they will disbursed the loan. 👍
