Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Social Media Manager to join our team. The
ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty and fashion industry, possesses a
creative flair, and has a proven track record of successfully managing social media
accounts. As a Social Media Manager at Braids By Dili you will play a key role in
enhancing our online presence, engaging with our community, and promoting our
services through various social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube.
You will be responsible for creating original text, video content, and managing posts on
our social media platforms. As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date
with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent
communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels
of web traffic, customer engagement, and subsequently drive monetization of our social
media platform through engaging hair content.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
● Develop and curate engaging and visually appealing content for our social
media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube etc.).
● Showcase our braiding expertise, latest trends, create hair tutorials /
content to captivate our audience on our various social media channels -
especially Youtube.
● Create voice overs on hair tutorial videos for our various social media
channels - especially Youtube.
Social Media Strategy:
● Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase
brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
● Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine the
social media strategy accordingly.
● Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow and
monetize our social media pages - especially Youtube.
Community Engagement:
● Encourage user-generated content and leverage customer testimonials to
build trust and credibility.
Analytics and Reporting:
● Monitor social media analytics and track key performance indicators
(KPIs) to measure the success of customer engagement.
● Provide regular reports and insights to demonstrate the impact of social
media efforts on business objectives.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
● In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms and trends.
● Excellent photography and video editing skills.
● Basic Knowledge about hair braiding.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
● Familiarity with beauty and fashion industry trends.
