My 5 month American Eskimo has been vomiting since yesterdays. White foamy substance and then yellow foamy substance, she’s weak, not as active as she used to be, she’s dull, she hasn’t eaten anything since yesterday morning, she hasn’t pooped, she pee just once yesterday and now this morning. Please help I don’t know what exactly is going on….

If she's passing out a weird smelly poo accompanied with foamy vomit ,there's a chance she has parvo virus. Pls take her to a good veterinary for proper diagnosis and treatment.
