She began her solo career as a contestant in the fifth season of American Idol finishing in ninth place.

Mandisa was born on 2nd October 1976, inCitrus Heights, California, United States, while she died on 18th April 2024, aged 47 years, in Nashville, Tennessee, United States.

I was so saddened to hear her early demise this very morning. May the good Lord grant her soul peace in Heaven. Also, my prayers goes to her lovely families in the USA, may God grant them the fortitude to bear her lost. AMEN!!!!
