DStv will surely exit Nigeria.
It won’t be too long.

When people find comfort in an alternative, they will discover them for the fraud that they are.

Imagine unlimited Airtel EBB with no Fair Use Policy (FUP) and 20Mbps 40Mbps speed for 30days is N20,000 N35,000

Netflix for 4 devices is N5000, showmax is as cheap as N1200

then I will go and waste N37,000 on DStv premium?

when I also have one thousand and onety one free sources to stream online? even live matches?

They must be on colos. grin
Happy Exit to DStv in the very soon to come advance. grin

EDIT: 20k unlimited is no longer available, only 35k unlimited 30days at 40Mbps is the minimum.

Since they refuse to do pay as u go.. they will soon exit.. SA company are killing Nigeria

Those that will recharge will recharge regardless of the online protests. We have been here before, many times at that. Each time the cry is loud but nothing changes.
If only there are government alternatives where people pays a token but get high quality programs, shows, movies and news.

You have a point there.

At the end of the day, those who can still afford it would subscribe, while those who cannot would seek alternatives or abandon paytv altogether....hence, a wider social and economic class differentiation....it's just rich or poor...no more middle-class😎

This is what tinubu meant when he said to "reduce the purchasing power of the people"

VeeVeeMyLuv:
You guys are missing the point

It is your govt through their wicked Draconian economic policies that is responsible for your inability to afford DStv subscription

Fake pastor.

How about hapi boys 😂😂😂 e shock you
You sound like someone whose senses have been tampered with during a failed laboratory experiment.
How's he fake now?
A man who singlehandedly sponsored those ungrateful animals going overseas for further studies and upgrade in living standards.
A man who operates about 33 free schools, free specialist hospital, free skill acquisition programmes and training.
Your own pastor has never done any of these, not even giving to charity, but he keeps taking and taking from you and your fellow religious fools, like a bloody parasite.
Am sure you are from that church whose demented GO prayed for the colleagues of his members to fall into poverty and hardship; or the church where the Go lied about COVID being caused by 5G; or the church where the Go runs schools only the stinkingly rich can afford.

Dont subscribe. We will subscribe. Operational costs has increased more than 400% and the mtn company just increasing subscriptions by around 15-20%. The company has really tried for Nigeria. Almost all the contents they show you they buy in dollars and charge in naira. And dollar is over the roof. Then the diesel they use to operate. You want them to fold up like other businesses? You dont have brain? The government increased petrol price 400%, diesel price 600%, electricity tariff 400%, Nigerians still love their government, its a company that also buy those products and trying to survive by adjusting a mere 15-20% increment they are accusing. FOOLS, IDIOTS.

I have brought out my free to air decoder and it's working perfectly. Why should I waste over N9000 every month to watch nonsense? You can't watch important football matches and the show very old home videos. They have lost a good customer.
