2025: Those challenging Soludo just for fun of answering "His Excellency",nothing else- APGA


The National Coordinator of All Progressives Grand Alliance ( APGA)Media Warriors Forum, Mr Chinedu Obigwe, has said those jostling to contest the governorship of Anambra State against the incumbent governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo, have no purpose other than to be addressed as " His Excellency" by their supporters.

He said the fates of over 10 million people of the state cannot be trusted to such people, describing them as clueless.

Obigwe said these in a statement made available to our correspondent on Sunday, stating that,"Governor Soludo 2nd term reelection mandate is not negotiable."

He said hired writers and their paymasters' resorting to calumnies against Soludo would not yield any fruitful results for them because the people of the state had made up their minds to reelect Soludo because of his good work to the masses.


Obigwe said,"It is a waste of time because Governor Soludo is unstoppable. I'm confident that Governor Soludo will clinch a well deserved 2nd term reelection mandate in 2025 because of the good work he is doing in Anambra State.


"The late Chinwoke Mbadinuju is not Governor Soludo. As it stands today, Governor Soludo has surpassed the achievements of Anambra past Governors within a short space of 2 years and 1months.

"The most interesting aspects of what Governor Soludo is doing is that there is no day that passes by without his administration adding more new achievements for the benefits of the people of the state.

"Anambra people are seeing Governor Soludo as a prayer answered.

He said the people of the state were seeing a major Soludo's antagonist in the governorship race as a bad omen that must not be allowed to be entrusted with their future, adding,"He is a bad manager that will ruin the future of over 10 million Anambra people if he emerges as their governor."

Obigwe's statement further read," I have seen some clueless, moronic supporters saying that Governor Soludo spent one term as CBN Governor and that he is going to spend one term as Anambra Governor. The two positions are different because you get one through appointment and the other one through election.

"As long as Anambra electorate are concerned, Governor Soludo has justified the confidence reposed in him through the delivery of dividends of good governance for them and for that reason, they are of the unanimous opinion that he deserves a 2nd term reelection mandate in 2025.

"The electorate will crush all dissenting voices against Governor Soludo 2nd term reelection mandate in 2025 because those voices are satanic.

"The good people of Anambra want to have a taste of the dividends of good governance being delivered for them by Governor Soludo administration for 8 years because they are of the opinion that if his 2 years can be like this, that his 8 years stay in office will witness a complete transformation of our state."

He said Soludo's opponents were only struggling to be Governor for the fun of answering "His Excellency" and nothing more.

"Anambra people are in for a backward never but forward ever 8 years delivery of dividends of good governance journey with their Godsend Governor Soludo till 2030.

"Governor Soludo reelection mandate is not negotiable and that is to say that the clueless opponents are wasting time.
