I see police and mopol guarding banks, restaurants, supermarkets,and private individuals.Who collects this money that these organisations pay?Is it the government or the money go into the pockets of the IG and commissioner of police?

If done legally through the right channel, the money goes to the Nigerian Police Commision. Otherwise, it goes to one DPO somewhere or the Commissioner of Police.
