Am sure most senior HR professionals, employers and business decision makers are being inundated with letters for salary increase and financial support in recent time.

What has changed? How do we determine what’s fair salary in the light of changing prices of goods arbitrarily?

Can organizations cope with the different financial succor viz a vis Cost of Living Adjustment, Grocery allowance, fuel adjustment allowance and other incentives?

What should be the starting salary of a recent graduate ?
With price increases in food, transport and electricity, what base salary should be paid to an entry level personnel across any industry?
