Who destroyed the ceilings?

Government is neither here nor there and citizens including children, the so called 'leaders of tomorrow' are no better.

It's a nope to destroy public infrastructure, destroy the very little provided by an inept government.

God cannot help Nigeria if Nigeria won't help itself.

Of course they are. Caused by a combination of factors like poor design, finishing, zero routine or scheduled maintenance/refurbishment, and deliberate defacing and damage by the very students it was built to serve and who should know better.
