That's not true. Go and check the results
Out of the G5 states, Tinubu won 3 and Obi won 2.
Atiku won none. Meanwhile, he won all the G5 states in 2019. Add those 3 states Tinubu won to Atiku's tally and Atiku will be the clear winner!!

Which structure did Wike have in 2015 when he entered office?

As Minister of Education, Wike was just one of those names we heard on NTA or saw on high table during occasions. Few people knew him outside Obio Akpor.

Today he has structure everywhere. Just as he built this up, so will Sim.
