From an unbiased perspective, based on facts and international law, Hamas's actions have included terrorist tactics, which have led to the labeling of the organization as a terrorist group by several countries and organizations.

Here are some facts that support this designation:

1. Suicide bombings and attacks on civilians: Hamas has carried out numerous suicide bombings and attacks on Israeli civilians, including buses, restaurants, and shopping centers, resulting in hundreds of deaths and injuries.
2. Indiscriminate rocket attacks: Hamas has launched thousands of rockets into Israel, targeting civilian areas and causing widespread damage and casualties.
3. Use of human shields: Hamas has been accused of using civilians, including children, as human shields to protect its military installations and fighters.
4. Violation of international humanitarian law: Hamas's actions have been criticized by human rights organizations and international bodies for violating international humanitarian law, including the use of indiscriminate violence and targeting of civilians.
5. Political and ideological goals: Hamas's charter and statements have called for the destruction of Israel and the establishment of an Islamic state, which has been interpreted as a political and ideological goal that justifies the use of violence and terrorism.

However, it's important to note that:

1. Context and motivation: Hamas's actions are often seen as a response to Israel's occupation and settlement policies, which are widely considered illegal under international law.
2. Political and military wings: Hamas has both political and military wings, and while the military wing has been responsible for violent actions, the political wing has also engaged in political and social activities.
3. Palestinian support: Hamas has significant support among Palestinians, who view the organization as a resistance movement fighting against Israeli occupation and oppression.

In conclusion, while Hamas's actions have included terrorist tactics, it's important to consider the context and motivations behind these actions, as well as the political and military complexities of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

4. Violation of international humanitarian law: Israel has violated more international humanitarian law than any individual or group in history, including the use of indiscriminate violence and targeting of civilians.

Had this discussion with meta AI. It's refusing to speak on Israel and Jews as terrorists even though we're currently witnessing their oppression on Palestine.

I then compared Hitler to Jews and Israel...it try to debunk it. When I then let it know that exactly the same thing Hitler was crucified for is exactly what Jews and Israel are currently doing.

It then go numb.

Until we have learning AI we can begin to appreciate facts about life. It will be able to filter true from false.

As long as the algorithm is still stagnant and not self improving. Nothing will change

See the answer my own AI gave me below...

Yes, Hamas is considered a terrorist group by many countries and organizations, including the United States, European Union, and Israel. Hamas has been responsible for numerous attacks targeting civilians and is designated as a terrorist organization due to its use of violence and tactics that aim to achieve political goals through fear and intimidation.
