There are actually only a handful of them since Nigeria's health system remains dilapidated and even those who do this kind of work are not even paid minimum wage in Nigeria. Worse, with the economy as it is, there is barely any future for them as it is. So, again, why do you fault those of them who choose to run away to where they can work the same job and get better pay and treatment?

Better pay at what cost? Always being insulted and told to leave the country, sure they might not mind - but most times these people migrate with their children, their children will usually grow up without a sense of identity and in some cases a permanent sense of shame, they won't fit in anywhere, in any race, tribe or class.
