No food for lazy man, Remi Tinubu tells youths

First Lady Oluremi Tinubu, on Thursday, charged Nigerian youths to be hardworking, saying “There is no food for the lazy man.”

She spoke at the palace of Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, in Ile-Ife, Osun State.

The first lady was in Ife to inaugurate hostel and a 2.7 kilometer road donated to Ọbafẹmi Awolọwọ University, (OAU), Ile Ife, by the Ooni of Ife and named after her.

In her remarks at the palace, Mrs Tinubu said “There is no food for the lazy man, even God worked for six days and rested on the seventh day.

“Nigeria is a land that’s flowing with milk and honey, but we need to sustain it for generations to come.

“God has richly blessed my family before getting to presidency and we are contented with what we have.”

Tinubu’s Wife also urged Nigerians to exercise patience with Tinubu’s administration and assured hope for a better future.

According to her, the current administration is committed to providing sustainable development for Nigerians, saying the government will do all it takes to ensure that Nigerians are not disappointed.

“This administration just spent less than 18 months, so, it is not the cause of the economic challenges on ground.

“We are trying all our efforts to ensure that the economy is stabilised and masses are living meaningful lives since the removal of fuel subsidy.”

Indeed, no food for lazy man.

Making money is no longer about hard work but brain work.

Those who are rich are making use of their brain with less energy while those who are poor are making use of much energy with less brain input.

Those who have been lurking around the forum looking for who to just tell shut up, reality would soon dawn on una. No food for lazy ass men who want to be be blaming government for all their lives woes.

Hustle smartly now when you have the capacity so that when you grow old, you would be busy playing golf with friends around the world, but if you chose to be pointing fingers instead of taking responsibility, get to know say na you and papa Andrew go dey play ludo or draft for under the tree

1. Make your husband make the environment easy for the youth to work.
2. No food for lazy man true true. Let's work mentally, physically is never enough, Nigerians. Productivity matters, it's the only thing that can get our country up.

These guys don't rate us at all.
Every society has unproductive youths but Nigeria prides itself with one of the most hardworking and innovative young people in the world.

How could she see it? Tpain always grabbed and ran all his life so she would never understand the value of hard work.

They say trash when they have nothing to say and some gullible youths here on social media would still cheer them on.

E lo fi okan baale, a maa gbe wa le! cheesy

Lol. Tinubu said no free food again.
Remi okó Tinubu says No food for lazy man. Was she referring to yoruba people? No food for owó mida? Remi u are a yoruba woman and this statement shouldn't be coming from our own. How do u expect yorubas to survive aside free food? Remi u no try ooo!
