Okoro2015: I've expected people like you will derail the topic. Flooding is a global phenomenon and is unavoidable. Nigeria's case is worst because our sanitary habits are very poor. This result in blocked drainage. When the volume rate of water produced by the rain exceeds the rate of runoff, then flooding starts. So, this isn't about NGF sh.it but natural phenomenon competing with man-made design. Thanks! |
