when you consider the number of opening plants in Nigeria then you will be able to come to a better conclusion.
Nonetheless this is a wake up call for the govt - the manufacturing sector needs attention and ELECTRICITY!

it would be interesting to know if the manufacturing sector was growing prior to the elections in 1999
