In a recent Q&A session with the Minister of Works, David Umahi, a mild drama unfolded as a female journalist attempted to pose her questions. The journalist, evidently using a phonetic accent, encountered difficulty in being understood by Umahi. With a hint of frustration, Umahi exclaimed, "Sister!
