Don't think he was foolish. My hypothesis is, it wasn't by coincidence his case cane up about same time he was awarded best dressed female. He was being punished. It was that or something worse. And this ruckus with Cubana is very likely a smokescreen.

Poor Bobrisky, he is manipulated to rot in jail. Certainly his acceptance to say he was guilty was adviced by another (his Lawyer or another person) in collaboration with the Government. So as cut off his excesses in the media, which was good for and good to his Relatives, Friends and other Nigerians. So he was sent to go and rot in the jail while Cubana after doing the needful and right thing by some Nigeria's standards he is having a comfortable peace in his home.
