Designation: Social Media Manager

Position Overview:
The Associate, Social Media will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms. They will work closely with the marketing team to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1.       Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
2.      Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
3.      Create, curate, and publish engaging content that resonates with our audience and aligns with brand guidelines.
4.      Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant conversations.
5.      Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and other interactions to foster a positive community.
6.      Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
7.       Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and platforms to ensure the company remains at the forefront of industry advancements.

Qualifications:
1.       HND/BSC in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2.      Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
3.      Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
4.      Experience doing research using multiple sources
5.      Portfolio of Published articles
6.      In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
7.       Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8.      Proficient in social media management tools and analytics.
9.      Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content.
10.   Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
11.    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
