There is noting wrong with ekaite but people bearing dat are majorly house girl in calabar kitchen even with akpan, and bose are HOUSEGIRL/HOUSEBOY NAMES. |

Yusuf and not yusufu, a prophet in the quran and Joseph in the bible... Sometimes it is not the names that are funny, it's the way people [i]"prononce"[/i]it. What the hell is 'Alimo (for Halima)or Fatimo (for Fatima)  That just irks me  Of course there some names that not even pronouncing it with the best accents can't redeem it. Bashira Mukaila Cletus Have you noticed you rarely see people in high positions bearing these names. . .President Cletus or Honorable Mukaila or Chief Justice Bashira. well.am a yoruba gurl.and in this new age nobody still gives names like ronke,sade,yetunde,iyabo,babajide,kunle,kayode,bukky,sumbo,tinuke,lara,funke,etc tho they have gud meaning.today u hear ireoluwa,jomiloju,tamilore,semilore,murewa,temilorun,inioluwa,timi,oyin,abimifoluwa,oluwasekemi,etc 1 Like |
