Please I want to use this opportunity to reiterate this warning, especially for those who are new here. Don't go paying for auditions. Any audition where you have to pay is a fraud. You are giving a service so YOU should be paid. Trust me, I have gone down the paying for audition route and it was disastrous. A real production company will never ask you to pay to be auditioned. A word is enough for the wise.

I want to also thank Nairalanders here who have called out certain producers who extort people through this. Please continue your good works. This thread was set up six years ago in order to show upcoming actors that one can go to auditions and get picked without paying as there was a prevailing mindset that one has to pay in order to feature in a movie or TV series. There are many nairalanders who have benefited from this thread. If you choose to still go down that route fine. Just know that many have gone down the paying for audition route and have nothing to show for it.
