Hotdiamond: a friend of mine got his letter yesterday. Surprisingly he was sent the text message But i wasn't . I was sent only the e mail. I'm in Uyo btw.

When did he receive the text?

Am from Abia state, we can go to the scholarship board on Dec 12. I called dragnet just now and they said that they are still sending out the congratulatory txt messages, am sure we will get them b4 weeknd.

No. He is from benin. He told me that he collected it around 3.30pm today. You just need the affidavit and 2 photocopy of your eligibility and your congratulatory email. That is all. Agbami, here i come!!
