What started like a mere technical hitch on Monday 30th July is now getting out of hand. Since Tuesday residents of Abuja and environs have been unable to top up their prepaid meters at various PHCN offices. Meter range affected is 0412xxxxxxx to 0418xxxxxxxx. It remains a fact that most residents are on this meter range. Meter range 042xxxxxxxx was restored yesterday. Guys please confirm this. |
