Went to the office of the Dean of student affairs(UNILAG) last week Wednesday and I was told they are yet to receive anything. Can't Shell just send mails to beneficiaries?

I just received my award letter today here in UNIUYO. I have to get back to them before June 17. and 'm also to open a first bank account to receive the money. so guys go check your various depts
