If you haven't heard by now then now you know: Apple is suing Samsung not for the first time but this time over the design of the iphone and ipad. Apple alleges that Samsung is infringing on their design patents for the iphone and the ipad. They claim that customers can mistake the Galaxy Tab for the ipad and make a wrong purchase and similarly claim that Samsung's phone designs are "rip-off's" of the iphone.

Folks this is $2.5 billion question and Apple is seriously hoping they'll win. My questions are, are they really being hurt by the so called copying? Is it possible that Samsung just created a design based on what they can see works? Is it wrong to follow are pattern that works? Is Apple simply being "bitchy" about this whole thing?
