(e) Buyer independent Inspectors conduct Q&Q Test.

(f) Buyer verifies and confirms documents.

(g) Buyer pays via swift transfer for the cost of cargo and commission to agents for 1,000,000 – 2,000,000 barrels within 72-120 hrs and the vessel is reassigned to the buyer.

(h) Vessel sails to destination.
