What you are asking are two different things entirely. The 6/1 you are talking about is fractional odds, to change it to decimal odds, look at the top right hand corner of the bet365 homepage, you will see odds, click on it ,then select decimal to change your odds to look like 1.45, 2.70, e.t.c.Then your second question, over 2.5 means that in the match more than 2 goals will be scored ,that is from 3 goals upwards for you to win.
