just when I was doubting MTN promo, a guy in my area was celebrating coss he won a hyundai from mtn!!! I saw d ride get delivered to him with the words "MTN automania winner" and I just couldn't stop staring at dis lucky dude wt his new plateless ride but dis plane own sha dey give me doubt even doh all u nid do is load 200buks nd above evryday to qualify!!!

This could b a scam but u never can tell. I'm not holding brief for MTN nd won't fall for dis promo but I want 2 look at d promo dispassionately cos I just googled nd got more info abt d promo nd got dis facts.
1) d promo says u either take d plane or take d money equivalent 2 d price of d plane. I don't think anyone wl take d plane,cos of park'g,maintenance,etc
2)D plane is a small jet plane(cessna 842T) which can only carry 8 passengers nd 2 crew members.
3) D plane's(cessna 842T) price is 1.2billion naira
4)If 'new' Etisalat gave $1million(about 160million naira) in dia promo which a medical student in one of d northern universities won. Do u think MTN can not give 1.2billion naira? Hv u forgotten so soon wen MTN was selling a sim for 50k?
5)D promo doesn't involve daily/monthly charge. All they need u 2 do is just recharge up to #200 or 3k within 3months to qualify for d plane.
6)A nlder said above dat MTN has up to 60million subscribers,if 20million pple shd recharge 3k,it wl give 60billion naira. Is it not possible for MTN 2 give 1person 1.2billion nd pocket d remain'g?
