Did u say 130,000 naira/semester?dont u think that's expensive?if one does not have a job how can he raise 130k to study in malaysia excluding air fare,acoomadation and feeding.The best countries one can go to are sweden,finland,norway and iceland.they are all tuition free some even offer free feeding and accomodation.iceland in particular is very good but very cold.if u need help to school in iceland get it touch.

Maybe this is not the right place to post my message and for this I apologize in advance but I don't seem to have the "Post a new topic" on my toolbar.

I wanted to present you with NISPED's (The Negev Institute for Strategies of Peace and Development) upcoming international course, "Eliminating Rural Poverty: the Israel Development Experience".  The course will be held in Israel on April 6-17, 2008.

The course is designed to enable leaders engaged in development issues to meet, share experiences and learn about successful paths to poverty alleviation and sustainable human development.

The program is run by two world renowned experts: Shmuel Bahat, a specialist in SME promotion   (for more information Click here)  and Rafi Goldman, a specialist in cooperatives and rural enterprise management   (for more information Click here).

The course is designed for senior staff of government ministries involved in economic, industrial and social development, senior staff of regional and local governments, cooperative management teams, entrepreneurial ,SME and cooperative support and promotion agencies, banks and development finance institutions, leaders of chambers of commerce and SME associations, non-governmental economic and social associations (NGOs), economists, business consultants and trainers.
Applicants must have good communication skills in English.

The program will last 12 days between the 6th and 17th of April, 2008.

The total fee is Euro 3,150. This fee covers all in-country costs including tuition, background material, full room and board (single rooms, breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee/tea break), all inland transportation, study visits, visits to cultural and historical places, health insurance and transfer from and to the airport.
The NISPED Scholarship Fund will provide scholarships of up to Euro 1,200 to participants from developing countries.
