i dont have problem with other food items...meat,yam,plaintain,potatoes and blah blah..they don't splatter like fish does whether using a frying pan or a deep-fryer..and i mean deep fryers like the below...
of course,u know there are different kinds/brands of deep-fryers..dont you??
splatters occur with fryers like this..without the lid.

Spot on! I cant stand where they are frying fish and as much as possible dont even do it...

I hate the word 'KITCHEN' itself but there's n@da I can do abt it , amma get married someday..... So lemme take ma pick...COOKING!!! In large quantity 2 b specific, I lyk 2 cook @ my own convinience but dat aint possible in ma house cos parents and siblings somtimes visitors( I dont lyk visitors) have 2 eat @ a set tym....
