If your principal is human, s/he would be humane enough to cover your abscence whether you apply for maternity or not....Do not worry too much so you don't disturb the sweet angel resting in your tommy....

It is b/w you and your principal. Discuss with ur principal if ure to submit the application pre or post delivery. Put up an application addressing it to the chaiman schs board thru your zonal director thru your principal. If it is pre-delivery, then be sure to include ur EDD.

U might also be asked to produce a cert. in support of mat leave issued by a govt owned hosp depending on your principal.

Don't mind those lazy, thoughtless id.iots. The information required in that useless form is already with them. Is it our next-of-kins that they want to pay the arrears to?
The worst of it is that the useless forms were very few and far from being enough and they refused to accept photocopies. These are people that are supposed to know the number of new teachers in each LGA and bring enough to go round. Bunch of clueless people!

Goodmorning all,i heard uniport forms for PGD is out ....i would like to know how much for their school fees and when they hold their lectures ....i want to know if i can combine it with this our job....that is if they hold their lectures fridays n saturdays.... Pls i need advice and any info i can get on this, thanks... Or if there is anyone here who is running the program or wants to do it .....the person should help out with available info ...

Its was really shocking,but everyone was paying and never questioned it. Mine was Ahoada West LGA. We did Verification at GTC Ahoada East. The Form even shared to us to fill was the same form given to us at the LGA (Ahoada West) during our documentation via submission of Documents.

Form is currently on sale. It's still 15k(form 11k, brochure 4k). You can earmark 5k extra for online processing and other runnings-around!

If you need the form, you'll have to go the school, pay the fees at Choba/Uniport Community Bank, then proceed to download the form before taking it(along with online receipt) to the Graduate school for endorsement and collection of brochure. When you get to the school, I'm sure you'll be properly guided through it all.

pls what is your area of specialization. I will want to do mine on Geology and as such I need info about that department and their mode of operation. The last time I picked up the form in Uniport about 2 years ago, although I didnt continue due to some issues, I had a big challenge in processing my transcript.
So I would like to get more info
