Where is the alert coming from?
Go and inquire from the government ministries, UBA, ZENITH, ECO, FCMB, ACCESS has the highest number of civil servants banking with them.
Let‘s just hope and pray that the new Governor pay off the debts. There is money!

Does the new governor really have a choice? Since he wants the post by all means after stiffly the numerous income sources of the State then he must bear the brunt. Unfortunately it's the welfare of the civil service that suffers along with the whole mess

Let me inform you once again that every civil servant in Rivers State whether teachers, ministries and state parastatal, excluding TIMARIV are all integrated into a single pay-roll.
All oustanding salaries of civil servants will be paid but not now

A major factor that has caused salary delay this term is the change in govt. Pls bear with the ogas at the top

Wike! Wike!! Wike!!! Time is running out. I am gradually running out of patience with my Honourable Governor. This was not what I really envisaged. I know there isnt enough "Doe" but I have worked and have some Bills to pay. There is A saying that "there is a level you push a goat to the wall, he might be forced to bite". Dont push your supporters too far. Govt is Govt whether it is Old or new, and citizens are citizens. 7 months DEBT NO BE JOKE, its enuff to buy a fairly used Rolls Royce and a Cartier Baignoire Folle 18-Carat White Gold Diamond Ladies Watch for my Wifey.
