I was waiting at the SSSB yesterday for info from the director of payroll, as a fallout of the meeting they had with the ministry of finance concerning the delayed salaries. He said the people who are yet to receive their salaries particularly those who filled the incidence form have other issues. He explained that there are no amount figures in their pay column and as such that prevented their payment even as their colleagues in other schools or those who did not fill the incidence form have been paid. He further said, the ICT department is compiling the incidence form people's list to send to the ministry of finance for them to input salary amount figures and then forward it to the Governor for approval before it will return for onward processing to the banks and then payment. I strongly suggest that all those people who filled the incidence forms should proceed to the ministry of finance latest Monday next week as a group or by schools to mount pressure and follow up on the process so u don't get paid with the pensioners in 3 months time. Avoid stories that touch...

what of those that did not fill the incidence form and are yet to receive salary, didn't he address that issue? . I mean delay in salary payment till today?

first off be informed that because of the WURUWURU that was uncovered during the Biometrics exercise. an embargo has been placed on February salary issue until the last batch has been paid..so for those expecting your February pay.. just hold your breathe until much later

confirmed.. what remains is the 8th and last batch.. of which the Biometrics people have finished compiling names and sent to our amiable governor for approval.. after the approval alerts will start flowing.. hopefully by tomorrow evening or Monday

for those who complain of not being paid while others that did Biometrics around the same date with them have been paid... BE INFORMED if you were not paid till this last Tuesday.. it doesn't matter when you did Biometrics anymore. YOU ARE IN THE LAST BATCH.

It is not everyone that filled incidence form that was not paid. I remember to have seen people in this tread who said they filled incidence form and are paid. Also, I have heard of some who had Feb/Mar payment issues that have been paid. So let's not be troubled.

After all said and done ,what is delaying my July salary. My batch was the first to do the almighty biometrics. I thought they said after the biometrics salary payment will be fast. Anyway,am still observing the process.

on proper analysis of the payment pattern which is suppose to be every two weeks....for example those for did their biometric from 20th June to first July fell into batch 7...another batch 4th July to 15th July 8 and finally 18th July to 29th July batch 9...these are assumptions oh!!!!...am just praying every person falls into this finally batch oh...am tired e oh!!!!!
