This President has no vision and suddenly Nigerian would start to benefit from his inaction and lack of direction . His critics has nothing to criticized because he hasn't put forward any agenda worth criticizing |

Majority of the people who criticize actually have no justification for their criticism, they only do so because they see people doing it. Before the insurgents of boko haram, we all know the major problem of Nigeria as a nation was power and we all believe that a solution to power problem will definately affect every other sector positively and base on the report I have been receiving all aroünd the nation I can categorically say without fear or favour that the people of Nigeria are beginning to feel the inpact of stable power suply. Now we all should beginning to acknowledge the fact that the issue of boko haram is not something that can easily be over come and as such we should not for the reason of boko haram discredite the achievement of this government so far. |

Just ask those who criticise Jonathan their reasons and you'll get NOTHING BUT DUMB answers. Some persons dont even have any reason for abusing Jonathan other than the fact that he won an election at the expense of their preferred candidate. Those that attempt to give reasons, give clueless reasons. How else could one describe those whose reason for abusing Jonathan is because his wife was appointed perm sec in Bayelsa? How DUMB could such reasons come? How does the appointed or otherwise of Jonathan's wife as perm sec create jobs, provide stable power supply, tarr roads, etc This is how RIDICULOUS their reasons come. Some say theirs is because Jonathan failed to declare his assets PUBLICLY. This is insanity. The constitutions states that all public office holders should declare their assets to the CCB and that Jonathan had done. No where is it written in the constitution for any public office holder to declare his assets PUBLICLY. Jonathan did not declare his asset PUBLICLY but he did declare his asset to the code of conduct bureau. We love people who play on SENTIMENTS and to the GALLERY. What is the relevance of a president declaring his asset PUBLICLY if other public servants cannot be COMPELLED by law to do same? What is the benefit if Jonathan declares his assets PUBLICLY but he cannot compel the senate president, speaker, opposition politicians in power in various states and at national level(senators, house of reps, governors, state, etc),party stalwarts, etc to ALSO declare their assets PUBLICLY? Doing such could only be likened to attempting to be the only WISE man in the midst of FOOLISH people. Even if Jonathan bows to this DEVILISH pressure and does the UN/EXTRA-constitutional thing by declaring his assets PUBLICLY, the same DESTRUCTIVE critics will still use it against him. I suggest that the NASS amend the law to compel ALL public servants to PUBLICLY declare their assets. That way everyone will be on the same page and the transparency will trickle down from the presidency to the local councillors. Isn't that what we all want? The ACN and CPC members are many in the NASS, so why cant they push for this law to be made since they call themselves progressives? Yar Adua played to the gallery by publicly declaring his asset but the same Yar Adua chased away Nuhu Ribadu, who all Nigerians agreed was doing a good job at that time, and appointed someone sponsored by Ibori and co (madam Farida Waziri) to become EFCC chairman. The same Yar Adua looked the other way while the likes of Ibori flaunted their ill gotten wealth to our faces. We all read Wiki leaks and witnessed the monumently corruption that took place right under the nose of Yar Adua. The US secretary of state, Hilary Clinton, when she visited Nigeria during Yar Adua's regime stated that "the EFCC has FALLEN OFF in the last two years". So how did Yar Adua declaring of assets PUBLICLY help reduce corruption? Jonathan who did not declare his assets PUBLICLY brought back Lamorde(the engine room behind the EFCC of Ribadu days) and reformed the EFCC. Currently the EFCC is prosecuting oil subsidy thieves including the son of national chairman of PDP among other high profile cases 2 Likes |

Hon. take dat: You are such a disgusting and dishonorable fella with this post of yours.Does Obama have anything to do with the economic melt down USA is passing through? No. But every American is looking up to him for solutions and lately Romney has been using that as a tool to campaign against him.It is only normal for people to look up to govt and criticize when they are yet to see results but perverted bigots like you who hate others view cos there are expressing thier thots dont know that.We might all be hurling insults on former leaders which is normal but you dont like it when they do the same for your principal.dont forget that some of these past leaders built refineries, constructed roads, built power plants, built universities etc but Nigerians demand more that is why we all condemn them.Pls quite acting a fool and grow up. Thank you very much my dear, everything is tribalized in Nigeria, until we come out of these unpatriotic attitudes we can never go anywhere. What is wrong in criticizing the government? Many educated illiterates here mistake the duty of the people in power as their achievements, If, we don’t criticize our leaders, who then are we going to criticize? Those who study theories want us to believe in their propaganda and shallow ideologies. We are not practicing monarchy, where the king will slap us, while we jump up and say thank you your majesty. Why Gordon Brown didn’t win for his second tenure? The most criticized president on earth is the USA president, but you will never see his attacking dogs on pages of newspaper or online forums defending him. Many paid laptop rats has started giving them the best ministers awards. This country is widely divided into Ethnic, Religious, and Party lines which makes things more difficult for the right thinking ones. If an Hausa man raises an important topic, Igbo and Yorubas will see and reason it in a different way, likewise Yoruba or Igbo raises a topic, it will be tribalized. Some believe that they are most educated and informed, while others are not educated or informed at all, that is one of the reasons,my tribe Igbo produced 5 different Senate presidents in just 8years.Because of too much education and wisdom. If the critics of the president and his government performances are wrong with their points, then give us substantial evidences of his achievements, I agree that many things was not working before he came to power, what happened to the people who were there when those things got rotten? When someone agrees to be the president, he is prepared to work and not remind his subjects of his predecessors’ failures. No one has the monopoly of wisdom. Listen and respect others views, if want yours to be accepted and respected. I am not here in favor any politician, person, or persons but to learn and share ideas with reasonable people and not the dirty stinking bigots and attacking dogs. |
Mr president, I believe you. And I have never been ashamed nor afraid to say it. You are bringing something new and refreshing to governance. Under your watch, we are beginning to experience new frontiers in the art of governance. We are beginning to see openness and transparency at its peak. Before you came, NNPC and allied oil agencies were ran like secret cults. No body knew how much was paid as subsidy or the faces behind importation. Subsidy payments were drawn as first line charge, no appriopration whatsoever. Today, we have not only seen the faces of the cabal but we have seen them being dragged to court. Your govt has given us the first comprehensive legislation on Energy sector as PIB. Your govt is repairing our refineries and executed PPP with Vulcan for 6 new ones. You are reforming poower. Refurbishing power plants and pursuing privatisation of PHCN. In one year, you have recorded an all time high generation of 4,477 megawatts as evidenced in the links below http://www.dailytrust.com.ng/index.php/business/174360-power-generation-hits-4477mw http://www.thenationonlineng.net/2011/business/57661-electricity-generation-hits-record-4477mw.html http://newsbreaknigeria.com/news/Nigeria+hits+record+4%2C477.7+megawatts You are renovating all our major international airports with Enugu shut down completely for overhaul, domestic wing of Abuja airports too. The works include massive upgrade of runways and all airport facilities. You are sanitizing our ports, withdrawing 9 parasitic agencies from the wharfs thereby easing the clearing of goods You are starting 9 new federal universities in one year, 2 law school campuses in Yola and Yenogoa, increased funding to 400 billion, setting up Almajiri school systems, settled all outstanding issues with ASUU thereby reducing strikes. Upgrade of lectures retirement age from 65 to 70. Minimum wage increment for workers and corpers. Spearheading Agricultural reforms and fertilizer redistribution and the cassava initiative which is largely misunderstood by the unintelligent. reviving our railways. Commenced phase II of the Lagos- Kano. With Abuja-Kaduna at 30% ongoing. Through your minister of finance, you re entrenching fiscal discipline and insisting that all projects must pass through due process causing corrupt politicians to threaten impeachment. They say you should have implemented 100% a budget that was only passed in April all because you insist that the era of racketeering with constituency projects are gone.
flesh and blood had not revealed these things 2 u...silver n gold i have non, but make God bless u yafu yafu!! 1 Like |

If only GEJ could tackle the issue of BH and power supply in the country, I don't think nigerians will criticize him this much. I don't want to think about the lives that have been wasted since He stepped into office. GEJ should ignore his critics for once, concentrate on making the citizens' lives better and that way, the majority will be happy. Its not just for him to waste resources in campaigning that in record time, he will be the most loved President. No great leader does that. And for those who say power is now stable, as for me and my area, its even worse because I've been relying on generator for a long time now. God help my country! |

Thesame south western so-called anti GEJ went ahead to free him from the kitchen of turai wearing his customized apron studying the next menu of how to perfectly prepare fried rice with cassava bread. The likes of Wole Soyinka, Tunde Bakare and other great south western politicians under the umbrella "save the NIgeria Group" went to Abuja to protest the molestation of retardeen by northern cabals while your kinsmen were romancIng and canvassing supports for IBB agaInst your so-called GEJ. the records Is straight and well documented, where Ojukwu was canvassing supports for IBB against Goodluck Jonathan and urging all ibos to do same. We all know why the members of 40 laptop crew constitute mainly of ibos. Thesame reason why Maurice Iwu worked for OBJ, Thesame reason why Humphrey Nwoso annulled June 12 wIth IBB, Thesame reason why Daniel organised "one million march " for Abacha. Hon. SuQ Ma'DIQ: |
