the 3500 is not inclusive with the mtn bis, with bis inclusive then it will cost u 5k for everything

but subsequently from next month u will be spending N2500 monthly for unlimited internet (N1500 for bis and N1000 for the vpn subscription)

But all these tunneling software and vpn sites mentioned seem to be talking of anonymous browsing and not about unlimited data bundle and fast speed that poster sells. The unlimited data plan is because mtn bis has no data limit on it's own while fast speed is d good mtn coverage
in ur area, simple. So it is 4 browsing with changed ip address.
