There is no case na, all the man needs is an average lawyer. The way those things happen, the victim was aware he was about to be shot to confirm the efficacy of the charm done for him. The victim would have naturally made himself available for 'testing' and given tacit approval at the least.
I know that people survive gunshot woods to the leg in films, but I don't think that is the case in nigeria, but if the victim recovers, I doubt if he would want to press charges.
I think the police shouldn't be wasting tax payers money on silly cases, there are more urgent cases waiting their attention like the alleged fulani gunmen that slaughter people at will at their boundary with lagos state.
