my fellow Nlers please is anyone aware of any Nigerian university/polytechnic that has not written her post-utme for 2012/2013 session?. please if there is also any higher institution that does not require post-utme or utme for one to gain admission, someone should let me know. my cousin's life is in danger o, she has been seeking for admission forthe past four years and she is about going mad o. she even tried killing herself once. Now she does'nt eat nor talk to anyone. she now behaves very abnormal.
