Everything and anything can indeed happen in Nigeria! Looking at the pictures below, taken few years ago bring to mind the levels of barbarisms from those expected to maintain law and order –Nigerian Police! They have never stop to amaze me, somebody once said that for you to know the level of mental developments in a country try to see such country’s police. Shameful indeed!
