k2039: money laundering as usual.and Lilnikee: Its not new to me.^ those post shows how unconcerned/naive Nigerians are. Fuel price @ N97 ? Its not new. CBN wants to introduce 5000 naira notes without concrete reasons? Its not new. President eats with N3m daily? Its not new. Farouk/Otedola's case goes under? Its not new - money laundering as usual. Oil subsidy cabal are buying islands at Bora Bora? Its not new - money laundering as usual. Pension scam? Its not new. Senator Hembe/Arunma Oteh saga ? Its not new. Patience Jonathan is a patient in a German hospital and we dont know why she's actually there? Its not new. So whats new? Electricity is getting "better". So whats new? Unilag is now Maulag. So whats new? YOUWIN. So whats "really" new? Well, I leave it to posterity to judge. The same mistake our fathers made that brought us into this mess we call Nigeria! Frankly, this country will not grow with this kind of lay-back (he no concern me) mentality. Lets be active Nigerians. Frawzey. 20 Likes |

What are Nigerians' pensions doing in a London bank? What happened to the Pension Fund Administrators we have here? Someone stole/wanted to steal that money and now has been discovered by another person(s) who's intention is most probably to find another way to re-steal the money. PHCN workers shouldn't keep silent on this else it will just get swept under the carpet like uncountable others. |

No name has been mentioned after this long story. Who deposited the money there? Who are the signatories to the account? Etc so many unanswered questions... This is already looking like a bogus investigation |

On the controversial 25 per cent allegedly deducted from PHCN workers salaries, Ajiboye explained that findings from meetings held with the Nigerian Union of Pensioners and pay slips for up to April 2012 presented by PHCN workers, revealed that there was no evidence of deductions from any workers salary. This is what am interested to know about the findings. so why were the labor leaders protesting about the pension deduction when NOTHING was deducted from their payslip so now the forthcoming privitisation can go on and their pension paid from what they have saved abi? everyday we keep complaining of missing money here and there, and we are always marvel at the missing amount. what about those that haven't been discovered yet? and we keep electing fraudsters with with sole priority of looting public fund thereby increasing the high propensity of crime letting the masses to wallow in poverty. This issue of crime is deeply entrenched in the system and makes me cringe to the bone each time I get to here this kynaa shit. Our leaders no dey try at all. they are more of business men than democrats |

On how the money got to Barclays Bank, Ajiboye explained that findings showed that PHCN had expatriates at the initial stage, whose pensions were supposed to be paid. “But we understand that the last expatriate has since died, so there’s no more need for the account to continue to exist" he said. This offensively lame explanation makes no sense, no head or tail. Expatriate pensions accumulated to ₦567million? How many expatriates are there in PHCN And why pay their pension to a commercial bank in London? No banks/pension fund managers in Nigeria? Ok if na to pay expatriate pension to im home country (nowhere is that done), na from London ALL the expatriates wey earn ₦567m pension come? You must be extremely dull offer such an explanation Mr Ajiboye. My people, until we deal with these bandits they shall continue to rob us, defraud us and insult us on top. How much longer are we gonna wait? |
