@FUNGRAMOT......I did not answer at first because typing ur question in such formats makes me to see you as not being serious. However,PRENATAL DNA TESTING(PDT) for PATERNITY TESTING BEFORE A CHILD'S BIRTH could be done by a specialist in GYN,such test could be done by 1)AMNIOCENTESIS 2)CHORIONIC VILLUS SAMPLING 3)SNP MICROARRAY.......The 3rd one can feature out a good result.....GYN doin it daz even if u see a GYN to do it....may tax ur pocket greatly! |

[quote @PRETTYGABY.....It does not mean anything until a CERVICAL TEST is done to show any form of genital infection or otherwise,u did not involve ur question with much information.....normal bowel movement is not a problem...but abnormal could be....and reproductive activity can as well affect ur bowel movement 2...as in ur menstruation and ur ovulation, daz y som women suffer diarrhoea wen ovulating or menstruating.......an many factors such as with the GASTROINTESTINAL conditions can cos spastic movement of muscles of the intestines....so proper checkin is regarded in G.E/GYN for serious problems! |

@MARYBLINKS.....Der is nothing called ''TOILET DISEASE'' in the language of a GYN/OBS,it is referred as P.I.D or S.T.I or U.T.I...Since he sed u av a UROGENITAL INFECTION...can u pass the result to me...pls post the result for me.So i can tell u the medication to focus on.However, yes P.I.D can cos IRREGULATION in ur menstruation as well with some U.T.I cases 2 |

Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Nobody: 10:30am On Oct 05, 2013 |
@JOSSY.......RETARPEN is a BACTERIOCIDAL of BENZATHINE BENZYLPENICILLIN ingredient. It is use for wide variety of BACTERIAL INFECTION....However,usin RETARPEN sti dazzles me,der clearer drugs dat cud be given parenterally(intravenously) dan RETARPEN.Nothwithstanding...i cant differ ur treatment...until i go through ur TEST RESULT outline!...u can email me with Kog315@yahoo.com.... |
please doc, am still expecting your reply
What u av is not P.I.D but UTI....the result yielded HEAVY GROWTH OF CANDIDA ALBICAN and ESCHERICIA COLI....the PUS CELL and inflammation-causing WBC in ur URINE is actually the cause of the YELLOWISH appearance of ur URINE.PYOGENIC INFECTION is common with COLIFORM SPECIES like the ESCHERICIA.....so all u need now is treatment...and a lecture to teach u abt ur URINARY TRACT and how to prevent it!... |

I really appreciate ur gudwork, but sorry! pls doc i jst wnt 2knw if my period wil b regular after taking d Nidof n d oda drug? |
Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Nobody: 2:04pm On Oct 06, 2013 |
@MARYBLINKS There is no surety dat ur period will be regular afta ur treatment...but if ur irregular menstruation resulted frm the PID...den it means that it will bcom regular afta a proper treatment. So u must treat urself beta. However,u must be concern of ur HORMONAL PROFILE....Have u knwn ur HORMONAL PROFILE and dia ranges?.....It is adviceable u do a HORMONAL ASSAY of ur REPRODUCTIVE HORMONES...to knw anoda cause of ur OLIGOMENORRHOEA........ |

Thanks Doc, i saw my period twice in the month of September. the first circle was 37 and the second 27 but the second one was not Havey as Usaual but light and lasted for the normal seven days. i used predict pregnancy test strip and it showed Nagative. what could this be. |
Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Nobody: 12:07am On Oct 07, 2013 |
[quote @FRUTITIME If u agreed ur 1st cycle is 37days...den ur second cycle is nt suppose to be 27days if u also agreed u saw dem concurrently...so,it is suppose to be a cycle much greater dan 37days(for the 2nd one) because it came the second not the 1st.This means u av a problem countin ur cycle, and may show dat ur ascribin twice menstruating may not also be the major fear...ur fear is ur counting. However, for early CONCEPTION,usin HCG-PAPER STRIP is nt helping....it is adviceable u go for BETA-HCG SERUM test...as from 2week-3weeks.......a good detection can be done on it. |

Doc, pls i want to which of this supplement is the best for cervical mucous; Evening Primrose Oil or Fertilcm. I don't have at all and that makes it difficult for me to know when i ovulate except through tracking |
Re: Doctor In The House:Obstetrics And Gynecology by Nobody: 2:17pm On Oct 07, 2013 |
@MAR JULY,.......you dnt av to take anything for CERVICAL DISCHARGE of no PELVIC complain or with the general health.Cervical discharge often show as LIGHT,TRANSPARENT/WHITE/COLOURLESS with no SMELL for PERIODIC occasions. But it appears as STICKY,NON-SMELLING,PAP-LIKE and form a pattern of egg wen dried during OVULATION.If u experience an excess deceivable discharge...visit a GYN to examine ur TRANSFORMATION ZONE for UTERINE CERVICAL ECTROPION which usually picks with METAPLASTIC CHANGES of the ENDOCERVIX and with the EXTRA-CERVIX EPITHELIAL LININGS......Often common with young women due to SUPERIMPOSED increased in size of the UTERUS over the VAGINA!......This excess discharge is usually not a problem at all........but a GYN confirmation...is unarguably needed 2! |

Dear Doctor, you are doing a good job here. I have a sister whose period can be absent for about 3-4 months. Sometimes when it comes it stays for about a month(it has happened only twice) she is nineteen and has not been intimate before.she is physiologically normal but what could the problem be and could it affect her fertility in future? Thank you as I anticipate your response. God bless you. |
