It's hormonal! Your prolactin level must have increased.

Oh! You mean road bumps/speed break. Well, only if the road bumps are as high as a mountain, then maybe it cld abort it. That means when the car or the bus or the keke rides pass the hilly bump, the agitation it causes vibrates you like a hair clipper. That's the only way such could cause a few weeks pregnancy or a midterm pregnancy to abort.

On a serious note, the reply to your question is no, it can't. The embryo develops in a gestational sac, which protects it from mild or moderate shock.

Your partner's seemen is non-viscous(doesn't stick). That explains why after intercourse, it drips out.

Well, I can't tell if he can or can't impregnate you from viscosity. He should run a seminal analysis test. The result will tell.

It's quite normal. The reason why your menstruation is yet to resume is because of high prolactin level. As soon as your prolactine level drops closer to the normal range, ovulation will commence, followed by menstruation(that's if fertilization didn't take place).

Thanks doctor Kathy for been there for us.. Please i'd like to find out something.. I went for a pelvic scan, due to the fact that i do go through pains sometime around my lower abdomen, the result says there's fluid in my pouch of douglas, and that i have a functional cyst, they also said i have pelvic inflammatory disease.. Please doctor, can i get some advice on the kind of medication i can take for the PID.. secondly, can a functional ovarian cyst be treated, and lastly, can the cyst prevent a woman or rather me, from getting pregnant

Thanks..

Why not go to the hospital to see a gynae in person for the PID treatment?

What is the size of the cyst?

And what if you still don't see your menstruation after about six months of stoppage of breast feeding.
Should one be concern

Good morning Doc,
Please, if a pelvic scan didn't detect PID, does it mean dat person doesn't have PID. Hence, can't have blockage through dat...
Also, is der any oda way to detect if a person have blockage aside HSG test. The procedure of the test is kind of scary.

Please, reply me dis time. U didn't reply to my previous question.

Good mrn doc,
Pls can u help with explanation on this test result I had....
LH - 38mill [4 - 20]
FSH - 17miu/ml [0 -15]
PROLACTIN - 27ng/ml [5 -25]
PROGESTERONE - 2ng/ml [3 -55]

NB; I noticed that when I press my breast it brings out a clear liquid and I'm not pregnant.

During intercourse with my husband also we noticed that after he ejaculates in and withdraws the sperm pours out immediately. Though we have complained but all we keep hearing is its normal for some sperm to pour out back but to us it seems like all d sperm is coming back out.
Pls is there a way to know if th sperm is actually going in?

Would b glad if light is shed on this questions that have been a disturbance.

Thanks and expecting ur reply.

Hi doctor,
I am 25, my period has stopped since July 2015. Took hormonal test and all was normal except progesterone which was 0.2
Placed on primolut-N, noticed that my period comes after using the drug, but doesn't show up the following month. It has happened twice already.
I am a single lady and need your help. Tnx

Please, reply me dis time. U didn't reply to my previous question.

If the pelvic scan reveals a POD is free(no fluid observed), it means no PID thus, no "prognosed" tubal blockage.

Well, apart from the HSG, no other less scarier diagnostic procedure. But then, if you don't have PID or salpingitis or endometriosis, you have nothing to worry about tubal blockage.

Your hormonal profiling shows you have slightly high prolactin(which explains why you experience the clear breas.t discharge), plus low progesterone level(which explains why you've not had successful implantation).

The semen/sperm that flows out is attributed to non-viscosity. It seems his semen/sperm is not viscous/sticky/thick enough to stick to the wall of the v-gina. That explains why it flows out after intercourse.

Visit a gynae and have him review your case. Your hubby can get a fertility supplement that improves the semen/sperm quality.
