OVERVIEW
The word ‘stakeholder’ is now commonplace in most corporate vocabulary, but like so many terms in the management lexicon it can mean different things.
Individuals who function as Business Analysts must manage project stakeholders, and this is a task that requires significant skills. Such skills are needed throughout the life cycle of a project. Projects are completed through a complex inter-play of power, influence, resources and management of stakeholders’ expectations. Practicing the skillful art of stakeholder management helps Business Analysts address the political aspects of projects and learn how to work effectively with stakeholders.
At this event, our guest speaker, will be providing uncommon insights into the art of Stakeholder management on how BAs can harness various approaches to ensure the utmost satisfaction of all stakeholders on projects off various sizes and peculiarities.
