Why Does Time Fly Only When You Don't Want It To? by Nobody: 7:59am On Sep 14, 2012
When you want time to fly because you are so bored or in a very embarassing situation, it will jus stay there and be looking at you.....it will not just moove.
But it is when you need that time to complete a very pressing task or do something very important......thats when it will fly as in 'jet fly'.
It's just like there is a different time for different situations.
Do you guys have any explanation as to why this is? Why time behaves in this manner?

“Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. THAT'S relativity.” Albert Einstein

Time is 'relative'. If you're watching a really good movie that you are enjoying immensely, it feels as though it was only an hour long when it was actually 2 hours long. However, if you're watching a dreadfully boring movie it will seem like its 5 hours when it was only like 3.

Time dosent fly yet seems to,due to the fact that one while distracted doing something they enjoy loses their time perspective ( loses track of time ).
