This is very funny. NEPA name has been changed to PHCN. But in most cases we still shout up NEPA when they restores light. Do we still have NEPA? Why not up PHCN? Let learn to make things right. Let learn how to shout up PHCN. Its might be the beginning of a new era for them. |
