Yes… you got it right!, it’s a horror flick but it’s not shown in the usual disdainful manner that insults our senses instead of invoking the scary effect that is synonymous with such flicks as witnessed when watching Hollywood flicks projecting the above mentioned genre. This movie will keep your eyes riveted on the screen (if you’re brave enough) while the ‘suspense fever intermingled with constant doses of palpitations” rocks your body.

The movie stars Jean Abbey and Ella Uche and runs along the lines about a man, woman, and an ancient evil predicated on the short story by C.J. Obasi.He wrote and directed the movie with his creative crew ; Director of Photography (Owoyemi Michael),original Score (Beatoven and Wache Pollen) with the Executive Producer (Benjamin Stockton) dropping the cash.

C.J. Obasi , back in the days grew up watching “Hammer house of horror” (are you lost?… hmm then you’re a child of the 90′s) and he also read Stephen King’s books. Did i hear you say… no wonder?. Anyway during his childhood days, he had a knack for drawing his superheroes from comics and even characters from movies.”Jim & Joan: A Voodoo Tale” is his debut feature. He had hitherto worked on a documentary, short film, and a music video.

I have seen some clips and I have an article on NL here too. I think it'll surely be something 'new' and 'different' from what we have been seeing in Nollywood.
